the time has arrived...
it's triathlon week.
AAAAHHHH!!!

eek!
and a little more...AAAAH!
as much as i don't want to admit it,
i'm freaking out.
big time!
and when i start to freak out,
i do things like this.
on a saturday.
at 7am.
notes, lists, maps, more notes, highlighting, underlining, a few more notes...
helps me tame my neurotic need to visualize
how things are going to work once race day actually arrives.
and it helps calm me down.
that and loud angry music.
mentally, i think now i'm pretty prepared.
or at least i've convinced myself of that for the time being.
let's just hope the training has me physically prepared!
